Show blank values in Power BI report

I have a Power BI table and I am applying filters as how much records are approved, rejected and blank.

I applied filter for approved and rejected, but if I apply filter for blank, records itself not showing. 

When I checked in CRM data source 10 blank records are present. I don't know how to apply filter for records which does not involved in any action (blank)

In the above pic, I have applied filter for blank but in the report under the column 'Name' no records are displaying

Can anyone help me out?

@Rajath_Krishna , Use the option show items with no data on the name and check
