Show arrows for measuring the performance

I have 2 lists, which contain the actual and plan KPI data of every month and YTD.

On the first page of my dashboard, I want to categorize some KPIs and sum them up (e. g. 6 KIPs summed up to Profit).

However, I want to create an arrow next to the term (e. g. profit), which compares the actual YTD with plan YTD. If it is higher than 5% it should change the arrow (up). If it's less it should show down.

Is that possible in Power BI?

@tuncay : I think you would need to create a new column which shows the difference (in % or as a decimal number) of your planed and actual KPI and then you can refer to this value with custom format (e.g. arrow up / down).

In order to understand your query completly, can you share more details here like:

1. screenshot on what the requirement is
2. some sample data as a file - you can upload sample data to dropbox and then share the link (don't forget to remove any sensitive information from your data)
3. Any approach that you have already tried in Power BI

I have two tables called actual and plan. Here you can see for each unit and ID I have the month and the corresponding KPI data.

With a measure, I want to compare the row data YTD with YTD PY (e. g. for the KPI column OEE). If it is bigger than 5%, I want an arrow showing up etc.

Still trying to understand the OEE that you are talking about.

OEE is just a KPI.
