Show a date where the forecasted remaining capacity starts to fall below 20%

I want to indicate the date when the remaning predicted capacity percent starts to fall below 20%, as shown in the graphic above.
Please, if anyone knows how I can accomplish this with DAX, please let me know.

According to your description, I think you can create a measure to show the result.

Like this:

 

Measure = 
MINX (
    FILTER (
        SUMMARIZE ( 'Table', [Date], [Remaining Capacity %] ),
        [Remaining Capacity %] < 20
    ),
    [Date]
)

 

If [Remaining Capacity %] is a measure.

Try:

 

Measure2 = 
MINX (
    FILTER (
        SUMMARIZE ( 'Table', [Date], "a", [Remaining Capacity %measure] ),
        [a] < 20
    ),
    [Date]
)

No DAX required, all you need is conditional formatting. See attached.
