Show a Button only after Automate flow has been triggered
Hi All,
I need the report user to accept a warning message before they can access the report. once accepted an email will be sent to the data owner then the first page of the report can be viewed.
I've created a Power Automate to send the email and added a button with a bookmark to open the report's first page.
My question is how to hide the button and make it visible only when the power automate is triggered.
I had a couple of ideas but couldn't implement any of them:
idea1: make the power automate button fully transparent after selection. (You can change the color but not the Transparency).
idea 2: 1 button 2 actions, or 2 buttons 1 click. (Not possible).
idea3: conditional layer order.
below is a mockup of the case
Appreciate your help.

Hi LEMRAK ,
To my knowledge, your requirement could not be realized currently.

Anonymous I'm still trying 🙂
My last attempt was to let the automate flow change a variable after sending the email. i.e. X=1
then the "View Report" button will become visible (transparency = 0) when X = 1.
But still not working.
will keep trying.
