Hello,
I want to create a Dashboard that dynamically shows the last 3 years by default. I am new to PowerBI and assume if I create a slicer, I could then go into Visual Filters using the "Top N" filter type, but this does not seem to work. Is there another, better method of doing this? It seems I cannot Apply the TOp 3 as desired (see printscreen).

Hi @bcap01 ,
In the Top N filter, there is an option called By value.
You should still put the column in the field, then get the expected result.

Hi,
Add new column to your date table.
Top 3 Years = IF(YEAR([Date]) > YEAR( TODAY()) -3 , YEAR([Date]) ,0)
