I have my Arcgis map set on street view but I want to make a light outline of each county in the US without covering my street view. Which reference layer do I add to make this happen?
Hi @weberw ,
Try something like this: https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/geoplatform::us-county-boundaries/explore?location=32.985323%2C68.37...
You may need to edit the file to remove the blue fill and change the border color to whatever color you'd like.
