Hi Anonymous ,

You can try below formula and turn off stepped layout icon.

TotalInventoryPhysical = 
SUM('Table'[Inventory Physical])

DisplayInventoryPhysical = 
IF(
    ISINSCOPE('Table'[Item Number]),
    [TotalInventoryPhysical],
    BLANK()
)
