Hi Don-Bot
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.I would also take a moment to thank MasonMA , for actively participating in the community forum and for the solutions you’ve been sharing in the community forum. Your contributions make a real difference.
I tried reproducing this scenario using sample data
In Format pane-> Row headers->Turn off“+/- icons”
Set Layout = Tabular
Right-click any country, Expand all down one level in the hierarchyPlease go through the pbix file.
If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please feel free to let us know.

Hi Don-Bot wondering why you would need your column header dynamic? As GeraldGEmerick has mentioned, you can rename it manually. Other option could be create a measure that would return the name what you need and then place that in a card visual on top of the column header, so that based on any selection it would change.
Hope this helps.
If this helps to solve your problem then please mark it as solution.
Thanks - Samrat
