Show Multiple Headings for nested Row in Matrix Visual

I have a matrix visual that has "State and then County" as the values in the row.  However, in the actual visual it just says "State".     Is there a way I can get it to actually show State and Cou...

    I tried reproducing this scenario using sample data

    In Format pane-> Row headers->Turn off“+/- icons”


    Set Layout = Tabular


    Right-click any country, Expand all down one level in the hierarchy

Hi, Stepped layout no longer exists under Row headers in recent versions. You can use Tabular for Layout and switch off the '+/- icons'. for the Matrix, expand all down one level in hierarchy in the row header.
