Show Multiple Columns without having to drill down

Good morning,

I have a data set of shift templetes which shows if the template is open or has been filled by someone, along with what day that shift works or not. I am trying to show our open vs filled templates by day of the week, however I can't get it to show all days of the week on one visual, it requires having to drill down showing each day seperatly. 

I'm sure the issue is how I have the data set up, just wanted to see if there was a work around.
