Show Line chart to compare different tables

I have two separate tables, how do I format a visualization to show the year over year difference for the two tables together?

 

 

The 3rd table should compare the raw and the started in only a line graph.

Need Help

    It seems those two tables have same structure, I think you can build the relationship between two tables, or you can create some dimension tables between them so that you can include both table fact data into same chart visual.
