Show Last 3 Yr = IF ('DATE'[Year] >= Year(TODAY()) - 3, 1, 0) How to remove 2022 data ?

Hi All

 
I have below expression work fine :-
 
Show Last 3 Yr = IF ('DATE'[Year] >= Year(TODAY()) - 3, 1, 0)
 
it will display 2019 , 2020 , 2021 , 2022 data.
 
May i know that how to modify the above expression , so that it will not display year 2022 Jan and Feb data.
