Show Items With No Data results inconsistent

Hello all-

Long time user, first time poster; I'm working with a data model that contains "header" records that produce no actual data but are valuable in structuring the look of the matrix visual, which is my end goal. I've performed a series of transformations to get various index values that I can use to group and sort the data, but I'm getting stuck on bringing all of the header records into the matrix.

In the screenshot below, you can see that I get headers for the 600, 700, and 800 values- but not for 900 (technically, I can get every header record *except* for 900). I can't figure out why the records are behaving differently, and can't publish the report with inconsistent labels. Please advise?

I understand that you want me share data, but I'm not entirely sure what you expect me to provide- the whole point is that the record I want has no data to share, and none of my working examples do either; can you please clarify? That post you linked also does not indicate what you would want me to post.

There is a CoATable table that contains a list of records, excerpted below. Each record has a large number of index values associated with it, I can't figure out a way to put it into a screenshot in a useful way because there are something like 20 index columns and I don't think that those are necessarily relvant. The records in that table relate on the "No" field to detail entries in a FinanceTable table on the "Name" field. None of the header values exist on the FinanceTable table since they don't store data and are used for labels only. The matrix pulls the various index values as rows, with dates in the columns. I am trying to get all index values in a particular column of the data model to display, but there is exactly one record which doesn't display.

I tried building a quick example to show what I mean; the top dataset would represent my CoATable and the bottom dataset would be the FinanceTable. I want to build a matrix that contains values 1 and 4 for presentation purposes, where 1 is the top of the first section and 4 is the top of the second section. Given that 1 and 4 both exist in the CoATable and neither exist in the FinanceTable, I would expect them to behave the same when Show Items with No Data is selected on the matrix. Instead, what I get is a row for 1 and nothing for 4.

        Hi Ultimacaster,

Please right click your row and column level and trun on the option "Show items with no data" as the following screenshot shown.

Check if it works fine, please connect us if there is any problem.
