Hi,
I have created JIRA Data dashboard and its not giving me expected result if I use "Show Item with No Data" option. I have taken data for 2 Projects (A and B) for analysis. So below is my data model.
I have 4 tables. IssuesCreated Table(Created Date related to Date Table), IssuesResolved Table(Resolved Date Related to Date Table) , a Date Table and a TeamAlignment Table (AnalystID related to Current Assignee UserName in IssuesCreated Table and IssuesResolvedTable). There are 2 other tables but they are irrelevant here.
I have Matrix for Project A, IssuesResoved Table which includes 4 measures count of tickets in Values like (OpenTickets #, CloseTicket #, InProgress #, Resolved #, TotalTickets Resolved #) and Location (TeamAlignment Table) and AnalystID and Location(TeamAlignment Table) in Rows section. On a Page filter, Project A is filtered. So the problem is if I click on AnalystID and use the option Show items with No data then AnalystIDs which belongs to Project B are also visible in the Matrix (Though they do not have any value(blanks)). Why is it so? Is there any problem with Data Model.
Can you please share your pbix file ?
