Hi guys,
I created a report using Matrix visualization, something like this :
Question is how to make it all under 1 row ? In Excel Pivot table, we usually have an options called "View item in Tabular Column"
So I'm still need table style for the rows, but still need matrix style for my Quarter in Columns.
To be more clear, its gonna be something like below, only with addtionof Quarterly information spread column wise.
Thanks in advance

HI @admin_xlsior ,
Go to the options of the matrix table and look for the stepped layout option and turn it of.

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsHi,
Many thanks. it's just what I'm looking for.
Now I wonder if it is can be done for the Column as well.
So I have Quarter in my columns, and 2 Values :
- Actual
- Standard
like below :
Currently it show Quarter at the top with each Quarter divided by the 2 Values :
I'm thinking I want the other way around, so Actual and Standard at the top, then divided by Quarters, like below:
If I look at the Format setup for Column Header, it's doesnn't have the Stepped layout.
Is it possbile to turn that around ?
Thanks in advance,
Hi,
I am currently facing the same issue/question. If you or anybody came up with any idea in the meantime how to do that it would be very helpful for me because I have not found the exact solution so far to have this kind of view (sorted time quarters under the name of actuals, revenues measure).
I only have live cube connection what causes limited option in modeling tab section.
Thank you.
