Show Difference between 2 tables (1 table is using a slicer)

Data: Contains usernames and dates (users submit multiple dates)

Table 1 (left table): Unique usernames with most recent date (slicer) and another relative date slicer for past 10 days

Table 2 (right table): All unique usernames (Jira)

I'm looking to indicate (with a column, another table, open to anything) which of the unique usernames (from table 1) do not have anything submit for the past 10 days (data from table 2).
