Show All Y-Axis Lables

I'm running an NFL Fantasy League at the office so naturally I want a PBI Dashboard to go with it. One of the charts I want to show is the weekly point spread for a selected player. The problem I have is that after 1 week the chart looks stupid because it only has one bar (for week 1). Is there a way for me to have all weeks 1-17 show up even though there is no data there yet?
