Show 0 value in Stacked column chart

You could try to add "+0" in your formula to show numbers. You could provide your sample data and excepted result if you don't have any confidential information. Please upload your files to OneDrive and share the link here.

I'll try to recreate a sample data set as I'm working with confidential information. Either adding a if condition with 0.00001 or +0 did not help me in the standard Power BI stacked column chart.
I used a custom power bi chart from Akvelon and I set a 0.00001 condition and I do see a bar on the 0.
It will be good to have this functionality in the Power BI Stacked column chart.
I'll add the sample to one drive and share soon.
