Show 0 value in Stacked column chart

I am working on a finance dashboard and there are $0 value in a column in the database. However, this does not show up in a stacked bar chart. It looks like the chart is broken. The tooltip does not ...

Hi Anonymous 

it is difficult to answer correct without data example but try to set active parameter "Show item with no data" in AXis field settings in Visualization pane
