Hi ,My company have pro account,but we have not created any one's mail id under that,i want to share the report with in orgnisation and out side (Specific) who dont have pro license then how i can create userid for staff with in organisation and how i can share report outside(not pdf)

Hi @Sonalim ,

If you want to share reports with people in or outside your organization who don't have a Pro license, here's how to do it:

1. Put the report in a Premium capacity and pin it to the dashboard share
2. Package the report into the app and share it with the app
3. We can also invite external users to the organization, then assign them a Pro license, and then share it with them
