Sharing reports

I want to share live reports outside the organisation.  Is this possible in any way if the external users don't Power BI licences?  My research says this is not possible, but I wanted to be sure.

Hi @lazerian ,

No, you can't share reports outside organization whith external users not even having PRO License.

The only alternative is use a "Publish to Web" link which provide it to the external users. Publish to web option bypasses all security and hence it is recommended only if you don't have sensitive data.

Please note that "publish to web" link does have its own limitations like QnA not working, RLS not applicatble, etc.
