Sharing reports with viewers only
I hope someone can shed some light on this confusing topic.
I'm the only user in the company that builds reports, I just need to share it with viewers. It seems a bit silly for all the other users to pay for Pro version if they just look at the 1 report once a month. The diagram below ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-license ) suggests that if I have Premium per User, publishing the report in Premium Workspace, user with free licence should be able to see it.
It doesn't seem to work, the free users are not able to see it, even though I gave them Viewer Access to this report that is published in the Premium Workspace, as per the diagram . Am I missing something?
lulupupu creates a premium workspace with premium capacity (not ppu). And then create a power bi service app , that app you can share with free user

So the solution is to get everyone Pro Version.
Microsoft Power BI, the published diagram https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-license needs some clarification as it's misleading. Cheers.
