Sharing interactive power bi reports
How do you share a report with a unique user who is not part of the power bi community? I can publish for everyone to see on the internet, but how do you make it for a unique viewer, with the report filter on a unique id? The person does not have power bi software. And when the same report template is published with a differnt unique id filter, the previous shared url does not update to the new one.

I want to provide interactive dashboards / reports for a unique end user which is not visible to everyone on the internet and is filtered on a unique id. The end user should not need power bi to view. And their report does not refresh to new data when the unique id is changed for a new client's report.

Does there exist Publish to Web option in the table? If so, you can try this feature.
Otherwise, you have to make this user be a Power BI user.
