Sharing an auto updating sheet

Hello,

Im pretty new to Power Bi, but I have used it to make a sheet that updates info when you put a new excel sheet in the folder it draws info from. I basically just followed the instructions from this youtube video.

My question is, if I were to share this report so someone else could be in charge of it, do I just have to share the report and then make a folder of the same name in the same place on their computer, so it knows where to draw the data from? or would I just have to upload the folder to the sheet again on their computer?

@Anonymous , In power bi you share report on power bi service

You might need on-premise gateway to to schedule refresh of data
