Sharing a Tip - Formatting Data as Percent or Decimal

I just discovered a simple way to change the format of data between % and decimal in Power BI visuals.

  1. Select to the Visual on the Report page
  2. On the Fields panel, select the name of the data element you want to format
  3. Make sure the data element is highlighted yellow
  4. On the Report View, go to the Modeling tab
  5. In the Formatting section, select how you want the data to be displayed

Hope this helps
