Sharing Reports

Shared a report with people in my organization. One person is unable to view all the data shared.

Example: Hourly Volume - one person in unable to see data for 1:00AM. Everyone else including my self have checked and we have no issues viewing all the data, including data for 1:00AM on any date, week, or month. This one indiviudal cannot view 1:00AM on any or no filter.

It seems that it is Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI.

Please check if this report has been applied the row level security.
