Sharing Published Dataset?

The other user has built reports that also include calculated tables. To better clarify a bit, the other user's report shows my datasets pulled from the Data Hub as being "live" direct queries. But for some reason the report itself doesn't auto-refresh when opened, and therefore doesn't show the most current data that the datasets have in them.
