Sharing Power BI reports in Teams

Hi All,

I have created reports in Power BI desktop which I would like to share with others in Teams . They don't have Power BI desktop installed so I am looking for a way to share my reports with them .

Can anyone please help me with this ?

Many Thanks,

Aman

Thanks @Andreas-Harlak @AlexanderPrime . It worked fine . I have got pro licence but other users don't have any Power BI licence so will they be able to see the report if I share with them on Teams or I will need to give them Power BI free licence through Microsoft 365 admin centre ?

Hello,
to be able to share your report in teams you have to publish your report

In the next step you should press the "+" button in the channel or on a user in teams

Then you can attach the report there. However, the user must have a PowerBI Pro license and the permission for the user to at least read the report must be enabled.

You'll need to publish the report to be able to share them within Teams, keep in mind that this will either require yourself and anyone who wants to view them to have a Pro License, or you may need to set up a Premium License.
