Sharing Link directs users to Power BI Home page

When I open my App and click Chat in Teams, then share this link with my colleague, they tell me that the link directs them to Power BI homepage. But when my colleague shares me a link, it works fine. We both have access to the workspace. I am a contributor and my colleague is an Admin. Has this happened to anyone before?
