Sharing Dashboard with Cortana

Hello –

I am running into an issue with connecting viewers of my report to Cortana. 

I've created a Cortana view for a report of mine called "MSL"

This view is 100% working for me (I can say/type "Show MSL" into Cortana and it will appear as a visual), but when I share the report with others, it is not working for them. We've tested it using the web browser and it worked, but when trying the Cortana search bar it is not working.

- They have logged into O365/Power BI account and turned on Cortana

- We are on the same domain (all work at same company)

- Tested here: https://app.powerbi.com/cortana/test and WORKS

You may refer to the articles Troubleshoot Cortana for Power BI and Enable Cortana to access Power BI reports (and their underlying datasets). If it is not your case,you may submit a support ticket.
