Sharepoint to PowerBI Refresh Issue
Hello,
Recently one of my Reports has stopped fully pulling information in from a SharePoint online list.
Oddly, it will pull some information in but not everything.
For example, I have 5 records each with 10 columns of information.
I hit refresh.
It pulls in 3 records and not all 5?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.
Hi kelly008 ,
- You can try to clear permissions in data source settings about Sharepoint Online List and re-connect to it.
- If you are using v2.0(Beta) version, we're making available two different views for the same data, please refer: Connect to Sharepoint Online List v2.0 (Beta)
- All
- Default
- You can use web connector with sharepoint rest api, it will get all sharepoint fields.

Are you using v2 of the SharePoint List connector by chance? It connects to the View infrastructure in Power BI so if someone added a filter to the view, your query will be filtered as well.
Hope this helps!
