Sharepoint list

I am conencting to and reading data from a shrepoint list. i don't have many records, only 56. However, in the Power BI Desktop Query editor, i see that it read in all 56 rows, however when i apply the query, i see only 49 rows showing in the final table. Why are the other rows getting dropped?

i don't have any filters on my query.

Any ideas?

Hi @ushah763

I would suggest you update the desktop to latest version of Power BI Desktop and test again. If it still reproduces, please share your .pbix for us to check. You can upload the .pbix file to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Hey,

you also have to be aware that after you apply the query that the rows will be grouped. This means if there are rows with the exact same values in each colmn these rows are grouped automagically by Power BI.

You might consider to create a measure like so COUNTROWS('<tablename>') and use this measure on a card visual to check the number of rows.

Tom
