Sharepoint list connection returns only 197 rows [IN Sharepoint list is 388 Rows and updating daily]

Hello,

I did set-up a data Connection:

  • MS Forms -> Power Automate to Sharepoint list -> Sharepoint list to PowerBI

I set-it up at beginning of 01/10, everything worked with daily refreshes till 12/10.

Then since 12/10 doing daily refreshes PowerBI Data does not get more data from SharePoint list (Stopped @ 197 rows): What have I done to figure this out?

  • MS Forms & Power automate is working and syncing fine -> records appear in SharePoint list (In the attachment below, we can see that new data from 22/10 is appearing)

  • Column proofing is based on the entire data set, so no issue there.

     3. All credentials and authentification is working good -> When pressing refresh, download happens, but still nothing more than 197 rows appears.

Im confused & Stuck + Cant find a solution in other posts, and I don't want to create an entire data set-up again, just to try if it will be working now.

Really, looking forward to some simple help.

Thank You!

Martins

Hi @MKRANCS ,

Would you please check if you have applied filter when loading data to power bi from sharepoint list?
