Shared x axis on column/line chart

Hi,   I have created following chart using Tableau. I wanted to know if its possible to create this in Power BI as well.   My goal here is to have values on X axis shared by values on Y axis. So ...

Try the Infographic Designer it allows small multiples and a shared axis

Sparklines also work with a shared axis
