SharePoint list not loading in PowerBi

Hi,

I am connecting to an Online SharePoint list to create a report. When I connect to the list, it does not load any data, the table is empty although there are items in the list.

The first list is that is having this issue. It refreshes fine and does not give any error, but does not loads any rows of data when connected/ refreshed. I checked for data mismatch, credentials, etc. and all is correct.

Thanks!

Are you using the SharePoint feature "users only see their own rows"? There are a lot of people reporting issues with not seeing rows in that case in the last couple of days (probably a bug).

Hi!! That worked! That is so wierd because I had the setting to "Read items that were created by the user" and since I had Full Control, I was able to override that setting and still read the items in PowerBi. However, it looks like the Full Control permissions do not override that setting anymore...

Thank you so much!

By "list" you mean an xls or a csv? Are you loading other files from the same location? Is it the only file with issues?

If the post helped then please give it a Kudos and mark it as the solution so others can see it.
Cheers,

it is an online SharePoint list.
