SharePoint list as delegated admin

To clarify, as [email protected] I can access https://theirdomain.sharepoint.com/sites/their_site/_vti_bin/listdata.svc and https://theirdomain.sharepoint.com/sites/their_site/_api/web/lists without issue via a browser. It's only when using Power BI desktop that the problem occurs. I guess it might be an oauth issue somewhere, but I've no idea where to even start.
