Your answer was 90% of the way there, it just needed to be
https://mysite.sharepoint.com/sites/Finance
(the Sharepoint URL section)
then
/Shared Documents/Finance/FY 2023/Invoices/
the folder part (it just needed the Shared Documents section basically).

There is a "Folder path" column. You can filter it by "Begins With..." with https://mysharepoint.sharepoint.com/sites/Finance/FY 2023/Invoices/
