SharePoint Subsites and Power BI

I have a SharePoint Site for our projects which contains many subsite with same librarys structue. My question, is there any mean to connect to the sub-sites and to fetch all the list librarys with the same name in one table in Power Bi? or to export them to SQL database?

I have tried to connect to each sub-site individually and to bend all the same tables in one table, and to repeat the same steps with each project starts. Is there any way or tool can manage that.
