SharePoint Online List not displaying data - Says [List]

Hello,

I am connecting to a SharePoint Online List. When I go to the Power Query it shows as [List]. I attempted to expand the data and it changed fro [List] to [Record]. I spent hours on yesterday searching the board for assistance, but nothing is working.

The  particular column(s) in the SharePoint list are "People or Group". Not sure if that helps to identify a solution, but please anybody HELP!

Add the "User Information List"  to your data sources, link it in the data model based on the ID.  That method is far more efficient than trying to use the expand function.
