SharePoint Lists: Error 400 Bad Request on existing data sources

Over the last week, several different data sources which query sharepoint 2010 lists are starting to error out, but not all at the same time.  Initially the problem was intermittent but it is now constant for at least one list. Refreshing both from the desktop and using an on-prem gateway results in the error below.

DataSource.Error: SharePoint: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. (Bad Request)
Details:
    DataSourceKind=SharePoint
    DataSourcePath=http://site.domain.com/site/subsite/subsite/
    SPRequestGuid=89fb2239-e717-43c6-8d1d-27a3c551441f
    Url=http://site.domain.com/site/subsite/subsite/_vti_bin/ListData.svc

  • These sources worked for several months both in the desktop version and when updated automatically without issue.
  • In Edit Queries, if I remove or add a '/' at the end of the URL, pressing refresh preview results in a preview of the data in Edit Queries, however applying the changes still results in the 400 error.
  • I do have the latest versions of the gateway and desktop.
  • The problem can be re-created in a new, blank pbix file.
  • I do have access to the site and lists and can access them using a web browser.

Any ideas?

  • Has the fix been deployed as I'm still experiencing issues with my SharePoint list data on a scheduled refresh. However, I'm not given any details regarding the failure, see below;

    Refresh failed: Expenses Claims has failed to refresh. Failure details:

    Next refresh for Expenses Claims is scheduled for 8/29/2018 12:30:00 PM.

      This was resolved but it re-appeared for me last week.  v-qiuyu-msft is working on the issue here.
