SharePoint List Access to resource is forbidden
Super UserI get the same error. But look at the screen shot: The three types of authentication methods are: Anonymous, Windows, and Microsoft Account. Same as what I see.
What is missing is Organizational Account.
Assuming this is work related, and that you have O365 for your SharePoint online site, one would assume that "Organizatinal Account" would be an option here. But it's not. Solve THAT and I bet you can get in.

I think under the covers, a Microsoft Account is NOT the same as an Organizational Account, seeing as they used to make you specifiy between the types BEFORE you entered any credentials. In one case Microsoft holds the password, and in another, it is held by your organization.
But now they just SHOW you the one type, when in fact you can put in or Org credentials there and make it work. It was a stumbling block for me as the account I wanted to use was moste definitely NOT a Microsoft Account as the SharePoint site was from our O365 tenant.
For me, choosing Microsoft Account as the type, then entering my Org creds did the trick.
Just with the user experience was a little better :(
- Microsoft account is the one I use. Did you mean organizational account is what worked for you? No clue how you would be able to pull that option up again.

Yes, I selected "Microsoft Account" as the type on the left, then put in my Organizational Account credentials.
It threw me because, in my mind, a Microsoft Account is NOT the same as an Organizational Account. Maybe the term "Cloud Account" wold be a better descriptor for something that encompasses BOTH MS and Org accounts.
