SharePoint Access Error access forbiden

Hi All

My colleage create a PBIX file , load data thru sharepoint , when i try to reload , i get error.

 

The link at data source setting as below :-

https://isdnholdings.sharepoint.com/sites/ISDNPowerBI/Shared%20Documents/A1_DimTable/MasterDimTable.xlsx

 

Can some one share how to resolve the error ?

As she is able to reload .

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    The above error could occur when using wrong log-in option to connect to SharePoint.

    If your site is Office365, please enter organizational credential using the organization account. If your site is on premise, use Windows credentials .

     

    As mentioned by mahoneypat, you can change credential for datasoure in File => Options and Settings => Data Source Settings:
