SharePoint 2013 Webdav pbix - error on opening

Hi everyone,

a colleague of ours shares some PBIX files on SharePoint 2013.

We encourage our users (for easier handling) to use "open with explorer" or add it as network drive until we get all the stuff migrated to SPO.

I know that there are way more better possibilites to do this. But i do not get it why it is not working.

Error is:

It's happening with all files on different sites. So there is not the problem 😉

We do no allow syncing anymore. It causes more problems than it solves 😉

Also it is not supported by Microsoft against those old SharePoint 2013 servers anymore.

We can open any other file without problem. It is just the pbix files that are not working

Try the video, to synced  the sharepoint folder.

You might also want to go to sharepoint forum for some information about cannot open files.
