Great feature, but only works in Power BI Desktop for me((

Power BI Service shows "inf" instead of numbers in all cells.

Matrix, visual is 

Rate = IF(NOT(ISINSCOPE([Candidate])),FORMAT([Total] / PREVIOUS([Total],1,[Stage]), "Percent"), BLANK())

    use DIVIDE to handle cases where you divide by zero or blank

    the feature works in both Desktop and the Service and this function call should return the same in both environments.
