Wow, how're the comments still open? 

For me, as a data analyst with no design acumen whatsoever, the best dashboard wireframes are those that translate data in a streamined, user friendly way and the ones you can create in a short span of time. So yeah, i use this tool called Mokkup.ai. they have hundreds of pre built templates that i use, choosing which ever template fits my needs. Or if im feeling really motivated, I create my own dashboard wireframe using their intuitive drag and drop features , in like a few minutes. You dont even have to have designing eye to create one. It's super simple. Give it a try!

for me, these were the best especially having what I exactly needed, which is marketing data to power bi.
