I have a test power bi pro account and have published a report for the first time.
When I try to share it with another person who also has a PowerBI account generating the link to enter it, they get the message that attachment and does not let them in.

With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capacity.
