Share report content to other power bi user of same organization

Hi:

I have recently got Power Bi pro licence from my organization. Now I want to share my report to others but as other team members do not have pro licence so they could not open the report.

Earlier I don't have pro licence but report content shared with me and I could able to see the report, how it does? Is it possible to do the same by me as now I am power bi pro user.

Looking for your kind suppor to solve this issue.

Note: Please see the screen shot where different report shared with me.

Hi @SilasDasGupta

Each non-licensed user has 60 days free trial. Unfortunately, after 60 days, the trial period expires.  Each person you share your report with must have the same Power BI license that you have, irrespective of whether this is Power BI Pro or Power BI Permium Capacity Per User.

If they want to access the reports after that initial 60 day trial period, they will need to acquire a license.  Otherwise, you can share publicly (however, if there's confidential information, anyone with the link can access, irrespective of whether you've given them access to the report or not).

All the best.

Theo
