Hi Everyone,
I have created and published the powerbi report and all the users within my organization have the access, now i need to share that report with external users outside my organization, Can someone explains the procedure how to do that.

If you want to share the report with external user, please try below steps:
1. add the external user to your organization as guest user
2. share the report to the guest user

My understanding is the external user must have a power bi license to view it, is that not the case?
We used to be able to share with external resources, but now I understand those external resources must also have a Poeer BI license to view the report, is that the case?

When you are going to share a report, you must use "Specific people"
