Share a report from a PRO to a Free Quanta

Hello Community. I recently started working with PowerBI at the company where I work. We have a PRO account and we want to share boards with every company. But other users have free accounts and when they want to view the dashboard, it asks them to upgrade to a PRO account.

Is it possible to share reports that have RLS, without other users in my organization having a PRO license?

Should everyone have a pro account to view shared reports?

If you purchase a PowerBI Premium license, could you share reports to users who have a free amount??

Hi @LauPole,

AFAIK, current the share feature requires a pro license. (both sender and receiver). You can use the 'publish to web' feature to share your content but they do not include any security options to add RLS.

For your scenario, I'd like to suggest you assign them to the premium workspace that is assigned in a premium capacity, then these group members can be viewed the shared contents without any license.
