Shape Maps turning off auto Tool tips for colour saturation value and regional code

How do i prevent certain values from auto populating as tool tips when i only want to show specific tool tips

@Jay2022 , I doubt you can control the tooltip based on condition. You can switch off tooltip, or you can use the tooltip page
